Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept items for exchange for a period of up to 30 days. The customer is resposible for shipping charges unless waved by us due to extenuating circumstances. There is no restocking fee. Your order will be reshipped withing 5 business days of us receiving the returned items. Any overages will be refunded to your paypal or credit card account prior to shipping. In the event the item you are exchanging for requires additional payment, we will invoice you and the item will be shipped when the payment is received or within 5 business days, whichever is shorter.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship to many countries in the world, but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The customer is responsible for customs duties and fees.

When you place an order, we will ship via the USPS within 5 business days, although in most cases the ship time will be sooner. Each order ships for one flat fee regardless of the number of items you purchase. The fee is dependent on whether or not the package is for domestic shipments within the US or an international shipment and will be calculated at check out.

Domestic packages will include delivery confirmation. International packages are not trackable with the exception of the UK unless you choose a trackable shipping option.
